Apple iphone 4s black 16 gig new but no box !

iphone 4s 16gig the phone is a brand new replacement from apple and still has protective plastics on it. the phone is on vodafone. it comes with no charger or headphones but these are cheap to buy. £350 ono it still has warranty on it until nov 2012
